No-Bake Strawberry Cheesecake Lasagna

  • Author: Natalia
  • Total Time: 4 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 12 servings 1x

Description

A simple, fresh, and creamy no-bake dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake, fresh strawberries, and crunchy cookies. Perfect for hot days and quick to assemble with just five ingredients.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 16 oz (450g) cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup (120g) powdered sugar
  • 8 oz (225g) whipped topping, thawed (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 cups (about 300g) fresh strawberries, sliced
  • About 24 Oreo cookies or chocolate wafer cookies (about 300g), or substitute with graham crackers

Instructions

  1. Beat the softened cream cheese in a mixing bowl until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar and beat until fully incorporated with no lumps.
  3. Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping using a spatula until light and fluffy; set aside.
  4. Wash, hull, and slice strawberries thinly; set some aside for garnish.
  5. Place a layer of Oreo cookies at the bottom of a 9×13-inch baking dish, whole or slightly broken to cover gaps.
  6. Spread about one-third of the cheesecake filling evenly over the cookie layer.
  7. Scatter a generous layer of sliced strawberries over the cheesecake layer.
  8. Repeat layering cookies, cheesecake filling, and strawberries two more times, finishing with a top layer of cheesecake.
  9. Arrange a few strawberry slices on top for garnish and cover tightly with plastic wrap.
  10. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or overnight for best results.
  11. Slice into squares and serve chilled.

Notes

Use softened cream cheese to avoid lumps. Pat strawberries dry to prevent sogginess. Chill overnight for best texture and easier slicing. Use a warm knife for clean slices. Can substitute cookies with gluten-free or graham crackers. Homemade whipped cream can be used instead of store-bought whipped topping.
